Embrace the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during the night, ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of those in our care.Job Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to residents during overnight hours.- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.- Assist residents with nightly routines, including toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed.- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document appropriately.- Conduct regular rounds to check on residents and address any immediate needs or concerns.- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident activities, behaviors, and any significant occurrences during the shift.- Communicate and collaborate with daytime staff to ensure continuity of care and share relevant information.- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including laundry and heavier housekeeping tasks.- Follow established protocols and procedures to uphold the standards of care and safety regulations.- Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay informed about best practices and policy updates.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving or direct care role- Valid CPR and First Aid certification- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations- Ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts- Reliable transportation to and from work- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions- Availability to work weekends and holidays as neededCompensation details:15.3-17 Hourly WagePI4b71161faeda-37448-#######0
