We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions in our Phoenix Homes. Our staff play a vital role in delivering care, using behavior management techniques, and supporting daily routines. Responsibilities include household tasks, meal preparation, medical documentation, and offering therapeutic support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document daily progress notes
  • Plan and prepare meals; grocery shopping
  • Transport members to outings and appointments (if driver)
  • Build relationships and provide support to members
  • Handle household chores (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
  • Administer medications
  • Assist with admissions and discharges
  • Redirect and manage member behaviors
  • Follow Prevention and Support behavioral standards
  • Help with daily routines and member goals

Additional Duties:

  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • Follow house rules and schedules
  • Maintain DDD licensing standards and adhere to Article 9
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Other tasks assigned by House Manager

Requirements:

  • 18+ years old (21+ to drive company vehicles)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation and communication
  • Pass background check for Fingerprint Clearance (Level 1)
  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Google Calendar, and Outlook
  • Uphold Ohana values at work and on social media
  • Complete required training: Prevention & Support, CPR, First Aid, Article 9
