Position Overview

Our client, a fast-growing company in the Philadelphia Metro Area, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. This role plays a vital part in aligning financial strategies with the company's goals. The position requires the candidate to work on-site 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to help guide financial strategy and operational decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational objectives.
  • Manage the capital allocation process, performing scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Manager of FP&A or in a senior financial analyst role, ideally within a high-growth company.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Experience with M&A activities and financial analysis is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
