Position Overview

Our client, a growing company in the Atlanta Metro Area, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead the financial planning and analysis function. This role will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making. The Senior FP&A position plays a critical role in aligning financial strategies with the company's overall business objectives. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and business performance analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to help shape business strategy.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
  • Assist in managing the capital allocation process, conducting scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting insights to executive leadership.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior FP&A professional or in a senior financial analyst role.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience providing strategic financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
