Direct Mail Project Manager

Source4 is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager. This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for providing sales support within a portfolio of key customer accounts.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated candidate who is eager to learn and possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Experience with direct mail and sortation software

Ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient at managing high-level customer relationships while delivering quality service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with Customers.
  • Acts as liaison between Customer and Sales Team.
  • Documents project specifications, and customer expectations for product performance and delivery.
  • Collaborates with Sales/Production to provide any materials required for sampling, testing.
  • Provides continuous support and communicates fully with internal team and external customers, and follows-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, and other tasks.
  • Enters and acknowledges sales orders; confirms pricing provided by Sales/Estimating group; ship/delivery information and product specs.
  • Builds and maintains a customer profile for job specs, customer preferences, key contact information which enhances customer experience and develops long-term customer relationships.
  • Work with QC / Sales / Accounting for timely resolution of any customer issues/product concerns.
  • Participates in various training seminars/meetings including customer requested, weekly production, departmental, and others to ensure quality of product and service.
  • Generates customer specific reports, participates in audits and customer site visits as required.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, ability to work independently, support for teammates, and demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Actively offer suggestions for improvement to processes and procedures for improved efficiencies and/or customer experience enhancements.

Process Mailings and use software proprietary to the USPS.

  • Other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' work experience.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Sales administration experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
