SUN 8A-8P, M-W 2P-10P (36 hours Full Time)
F 2P-10P, SAT 8A-8P, SUN 8A-8P (32 hours Full Time)
SUN 10A-6P, M & T 12P-8P, W 2P-8P (30 Hours Full Time) Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma & Valid Driver's License
Pay Rate: $21 / hour
Responsibilities:
+ Provide enhanced support across designated programs for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities
+ Immerse individuals into the community through engaging activities, fostering socialization and independence
+ Assist with daily living, including cooking, cleaning, and hands-on care, creating a supportive living environment
+ Facilitate transportation for appointments and outings, ensuring seamless access to services and recreational opportunities
+ Contribute to positive behavior reinforcement, goal planning, and socialization skill development
+ Collaborate on proper documentation of daily case notes, maintaining accurate and organized records.

Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid drivers license is required
+ Willingness to learn, 1 year of experience preferred.
