This is PRN position for evening shift 12:00am - 8:00am.

Compass Health Network has a great opportunity for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our inpatient/ outpatient substance use treatment facility. Individuals within this role will oversee clients' safety and well-being, using Compass Champion Behavior. These individuals must have effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage clients in group education to assist with recovery process
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license is required. The DSP will transport client as clinically indicated
  • Monitor clients as they self-administer medication
  • Collect and process Urine Drug Screenings
  • Respond accordingly to a crisis situation as they arise
