Help clients develop and strengthen interpersonal and coping skills while guiding them in creating positive relationships with family and peers. In this role, you will serve as an invaluable role model to adults with disabilities. Typical shifts will differ depending upon position/location.The Direct Support Professional - Special Assignment Worker pays $19.00 per hour.This position requires flexibility in scheduling that will change based on the needs of the program. In this position, you will cover various program locations and is dependent on the need to fill critical shortages within that location. You must be willing to travel to different program locations and be comfortable working with a variety of clients and staff.
