We are seeking experienced DSPs to join our team at residential group homes located in Wappingers Falls, Mahopac, Carmel, Patterson, Brewster, Garrison, and Pawling, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for permanent placement.Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a DSP and/or with OPWDD services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a PT/FT schedule, including one weekend day.
- Willingness to work the 12 AM - 8 AM shift and handle potential mandating requirements.
