Our Corporate office is in Duluth where we manage 12 CRS homes, 8 homes in our Metro office which is situated in Fridley, a suburb of the Twin Cities and our Metro West division, based in Cokato and its surrounding areas, recently expanded from 9 to 12 CRS homes. What is a DSP's day At Home working consist of along with the job responsibilities?
- Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers.
- Medication administration, documenting on the services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system.
- Socializing with residents getting them to enjoy playing games, watching movies, shopping, going for walks, bonfires, or fishing.
- Going to appointments and outings with clients and having fun!
Compensations: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Available to work every other weekend
- Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
