What you will bring to our team: A DSP must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a DSP you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate challenging situations effectively. A DSP must also be able to work without direct supervision.Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

- Meet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description and physical assessment form (pushing/pulling, lifting, bending, etc.).
