Job DescriptionWhat You Get To Do:We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares.QualificationsWhat Makes You A Great Fit:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
