At Family First, you will help youth or adults with disabilities gain inclusion in the community, learn daily living skills, and set and achieve their goals. DSP experience is required.We currently serve clients in statewide. Please indicate where you reside on your resume, thank you!**We do not offer overnight support to clients**Position: Part TimeCompensation: $22 per hourBenefitsClearly defined duties.Flexible schedules.Professional development assistanceHealth insurance (for full-time DSPs who work 40 hours per week)ResponsibilitiesFollow a detailed support plan with goals specific to each client's needs and be respectful of each client's wishes and personal preferences.Domestic support skills such as: cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, scheduling and attending medical appointments, shopping, transportation, and housing management.Working on an array of goals to support clients in accessing social activities and utilizing community resources.
