- Transportation: Safely transport individuals with disabilities as needed.
- Provide Direct Support: Deliver personalized care and services, advocating for the individuals with disabilities in your care.
- Create a Positive Environment: Establish a nurturing, secure space that supports self-expression and personal goals.
- Facilitate Independence: Help individuals develop skills for daily living and participate fully in their community.
- Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe environment and assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, as needed.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with regulations and best practices to provide high-quality service.
RequirementsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:At minimum, 18 years of age.High School Diploma or equivalentOther:As a requirement of this position, you will be periodically subject to criminal background checks, drug and/or alcohol screenings, and motor vehicle records checks.Comments: Failure to provide official transcript(s) or other required verification may result in the withdrawal of the job offer.
