Rate of pay: $ 22.00 per hour Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) workers provide specialized intensive direct support services for children with various disabilities living at home. Working collaboratively with a licensed healthcare professional and family members, services are provided in the home and community in age-appropriate settings to develop social skills, communication, and positive behavior.
