You will be directly working with Individuals with developmental disabilities, providing life skills, recreational activities and community integration . You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those we serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior direct care experience is a plus. Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living.
- Community integration.
- Service documentation
- Provide Transportation to and from the program.
- Maintain individual records.
- Give medications as needed.
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities daily.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Driver's license required
- CPR certification required
