Job Description:
- As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Our Town Studios, you'll be a superhero in everyday life! Your role is all about supporting our amazing clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community adventures. Responsibilities:
- Be a caring companion, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Follow personalized care plans and support strategies with a smile.
- Encourage and join in community activities and social events.
- Administer medications with care and keep accurate records.
- Keep the environment safe, clean, and full of positive energy.
- Communicate joyfully with clients, families, and team members.
- Participate in fun training sessions and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A big heart, lots of patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of our awesome team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
