About the Role: Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support and respite services for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.Responsibilities:
- Provide support with daily living activities and personal care.
- Assist clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Facilitate community engagement and social interactions.
- Ensure a safe and supportive home environment.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care.
- Document client progress and report incidents as needed.
- Advocate for client needs and maintain a respectful atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Schedule:
- Mondays: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Tuesdays - Fridays: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- PRN Respite: Weekends as needed
- Occasional overnight stays in the caretaker's home
