From promoting safety and administering medications to facilitating engaging activities and vocational training, every day is an opportunity to make a difference.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Health & Wellness: Monitor client health, administer medications, and report concerns to the nurse. Maintain detailed health records and ensure clients' well-being.
  • Activity Facilitation: Lead age-appropriate learning, socialization, recreation, and work-readiness activities while engaging and training clients.
  • Financial Guidance: Assist clients in managing their day budgets, maintaining financial logs, and organizing receipts.
  • Transportation Support: Safely transport clients in agency vehicles, ensuring tie-downs and seatbelts are secure. Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
  • Goal-Oriented Development: Work with clients to achieve personal goals through Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs). Document progress, conduct assessments, and participate in PCSP planning.
  • Community Integration: Help clients participate in community activities, access resources, and explore educational opportunities. Collaborate with supervisors to provide consistent integration experiences.
  • Hygiene & Cleanliness: Support clients with personal hygiene, oversee restroom assistance, and maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Safety Advocacy: Conduct safety checks, maintain equipment, and promptly report any issues or accidents. Respond to emergencies and uphold a secure environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Represent the organization professionally to clients, families, and stakeholders. Communicate effectively with supervisors and follow proper procedures for reporting concerns.

  • Required:

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
