Sign-On Bonus!Join the COI team and earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Here's how it works:

  • $300 paid after 90 days of employment, upon successful completion of all required training and in-service requirements.
  • $700 paid after 9 months of employment.Please note that all required federal and state taxes will be applied to the bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable criminal background check
  • Ability to successfully complete QMAP and First Aid/CPR training within 90 days of hire (paid training)
