Didlake is always looking to meet and network with great talent for openings at our Day Support Programs.Didlake Day Support Programs provide opportunities for people with disabilities to optimize their personal, social, and vocational skills. Our programs and services focus on personal growth and learning to help each individual live a full, responsible, productive life. We provide a supportive environment and encourage individuals to have new experiences. Our Direct Support Professionals get to transport and support individuals while participating in community activities such as fitness, art, recreational classes, volunteerism, shopping, dining, educational tours, museums, festivals, etc. The support of our DSPs enables our consumers to develop skills and enhance their ability to engage with their community. We are often hiring DSPs for the following positions:
  • Direct Support Professional - Program Services Assistant
  • Direct Support Professional - Program Services Specialist
  • Direct Support Professional - Crew Leader
  • Rehabilitation Services Floater
We are looking for service-oriented, client-focused, and dependable Direct Support Professionals to join our team. If you have a high school diploma and atleast one year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, we would love to connect with you!   • High School Diploma/GED plus one (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Be deemed eligible for hire by DBHDS and DSS in accordance with the criminal registry background check.
  • Present a positive and professional image to the public, coworkers, and Didlake consumers.
  • Must be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include being at least 25 years old and having at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
