Activities include but are not limited to attending church, going to movies, bowling and an occasional dinner out, swimming at the Y, attending appointments, and supporting while on vacation.Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour.$1,000 Hiring Bonus!Job Summary:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide guidance and encouragement, while building meaningful and supportive relationships with the individuals receiving services. You will advocate for the individuals in all aspects of their life, including community engagement and support in essential living skills.
