Are you a hands on manager ready to jump in and solve problems, are you an expert in SNOW Management - including driving the commercial snow plow at night? Our successful candidate will manage full facilities and project management including maintenance, grounds, snow removal, capital project management, and custodial services. Our leader will conduct timely interviewing and hiring, and provide mentoring and leadership to 25 union employees. 5+ years of Director experience required. Strong Client-Partner relationships and strong executive level project management skills are mission critical to success in the role.
