Position Overview:The Senior Manager of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing is responsible for scaling high-impact affiliate and partnership marketing programs, with a focus on driving growth across all lines of business. This role requires strategic and technical expertise, particularly in affiliate management and B2B2C integrations, to optimize partnerships that deliver sustainable growth. You will be at the forefront of managing relationships and integrations with external partners while enabling the business to achieve aggressive growth targets in an efficient, capital-conscious manner.Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand affiliate and partnership marketing programs: Create and execute scalable strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through a robust affiliate marketing portfolio, including strategic B2B2C opportunities.
- Lead technical partner onboarding and API integration: Manage the technical integration of affiliate and partner platforms, ensuring seamless, scalable solutions that support continued growth.
- Drive growth through B2B2C partnerships and affiliate marketing: Establish a multi-channel affiliate marketing ecosystem that capitalizes on both traditional affiliate models and B2B2C relationships.
- Monitor and optimize performance: Analyze and track performance data, employing A/B testing and a laboratory-style testing approach to optimize affiliate and partner program efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with IT, business development, and marketing teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business goals, ensuring a consistent approach to growth.
- Foster strong partner relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and B2B2C partners, focusing on optimizing their capabilities and driving mutually beneficial growth.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership, and B2B2C marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successful program scaling and technical partner integrations.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate management platforms (e.g., Impact) and API-based partner integrations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a history of managing relationships that drive business growth efficiently.
