Position OverviewThe Director, Alliance Partnership and Open Innovation – Microbiology for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for global partnership management and business development. This person will identify solutions to support our portfolio as well as build and execute partnership strategies to drive growth of existing product offerings and successful market entry of new products. They will partner with Product Management, Global Commercial Marketing, Scientific Affairs, R&D, and our commercial sales teams to increase market share across the entire portfolio while ensuring targeted solutions based on customer segmentation.
This position is part of the Microbiology Operating Company within Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and will be based onsite at our Sacramento, CA location.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe salary range for this role is $170,000-$200,000. This is the range that we believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
