Gartner analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have research and provide advice to world-leading organizations. What you will do:
Gartner experts share our knowledge directly through published research, video calls with clients, and conferences worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing thought-leading must-have research.
Providing advice to clients on both tactical technology and strategic initiatives.
Collaborating with your colleagues to advance technical research.
Supporting the Gartner sales team with virtual tech briefings and video calls with potential clients.
Delivering presentations at Gartner events and conferences.
Expand your knowledge and areas of expertise through continuous learning.
What you will need:
We are seeking individuals with experience architecting, implementing, integrating, and/or developing CRM solutions that support complex client needs. Someone who has a good understanding of customer data management, customer engagement and the technologies that support them. He or she will also be able to go beyond the technology and understand how it supports organizations' most critical priorities. Below list with requirements for this role:
10+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics (on-prem), Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP is a plus.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM technical architecture, data modeling and best practices for implementation, integration, customization, and automation.
Experience with Azure cloud service and architecture.
Understanding of software management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies will be beneficial.
Experience with applications that support one of the following: sales, customer service, marketing, or digital commerce and how these integrate to support the customer experience and an enterprise customer technology platform.
Proficiency in writing technical documentation - architecture design, as-built documents, high level design, low-level design, solution architecture, requirements gathering, acceptance testing documents.
Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time, mostly within the region (EMEA/NA depending on home base), with some international travel.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
