Selby Jennings has been engaged to find a Director to lead Asset Management for a well-established, vertically integrated owner/operator of multifamily properties in downtown Los Angeles. This firm is well-capitalized and poised to capture significant market share in the coming year, and is bolstering the team. This individual will lead a team focused on deep value add/repositioning and management of a portfolio of local multifamily properties as well as contributing to due diligence on potential acquisitions.

Desired Qualifications

8-12 years of hands-on multifamily asset management experience within a sponsor/GP

Proven success leading teams and working cross-functionally

Excellent proficiency with modeling, presentations, and creating detailed investment memorandums

Relevant degree from a top academic institution
