This individual will be the SVP s key partner in ensuring the broader team s ability to achieve success both strategically and tactically. This role will also be tasked with representing the strategic and tactical plans for the organization in senior executive briefings, town halls, team communications and decision forums. The leader in this role will be responsible for setting the scorecard and metrics for the broader organization as well as the roadmap for the teams future. The Director will work closely with key business partners across CA&C and enterprise functions. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Director will have the opportunity to lead special projects that drive the organization forward. The successful candidate will report to the SVP of Corporate Communications and interact closely with her team leaders.The ideal candidate must be a responsible, professional, creative and flexible individual, who is comfortable handling a wide range of tasks and able to work confidently under pressure in a team setting. Having the ability to build strong relationships, manage and operate in a dynamic environment, be resourceful and great attention to detail is critical.Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Corporate Communications Team Strategy:o Support the SVP with strategy development, internal and external communications and presentation materials, data and systems, tools and execution.o Serve as strategic support for the SVP, translating priorities into action and working closely with key business unit partners to achieve objectives.o Responsible for the overall efficiency and management of the SVP s executive office.o Own key programs, processes, and tracking (e.g., budget oversight, operational excellence and compliance, measurement tracking, performance metrics)o Lead team s engagement and organizational management, including team building activities, talent assessments, year-end process, liaising with the Colleague Strategic Partners (CSP).o Build both relationships and partnerships across the team and the enterprise. Communications, Process management and Engagement:o Build clear, effective and persuasive decks and content to support internal/external meetings and executive-level presentations.o Develop effective data management tools and systems to ensure the accurate collection and validation of data.o Monitor a central calendar of key milestones and activities across Corporate Communications, including key press moments and reporting dates/deadlines.Required Qualifications Excellent writing skill, Powerpoint deck building, and presentation skills. Proven track record to organize, plan and manage multiple priorities while working flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must work well under pressure without losing composure and professionalism. Strong attention to detail with emphasis on strong communication, accuracy, quality, good governance, timeliness, follow-through and operate with the appropriate sense of urgency in executing. Self-starter and motivated, proactive team player with strong initiative and sense of integrity to handle critical issues and maintain discretion. Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical experience with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and draw key conclusions. Ability to provide strong decision support and lead through influence with a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive results in a matrixed environment with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal/ written communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies / systems as necessary.QualificationsSalary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
