Location: Dayton,OH, USA
The Position reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. Responsible for identifying growth opportunities; maintaining, developing, and advancing strategic relationships; developing partnership models; and directing implementation of various growth initiatives. This role coordinates efforts across the Enterprise and Executive Leadership team to develop business plans and pro forma financial analyses for new programs or business ventures. Responsible for leading due diligence of partnership models and acquisitions through execution of legal agreements and operational implementation. Manages the day-to-day relationship with key partner hospitals, independent physician practices, and joint ventures across the Enterprise. Position will support academic partnership and priorities. The position will lead the Physician Relations Management team responsible for managing and building new relationships with target physicians and their office staff. The team prioritizes outreach activities based on service line growth, facilitates issue resolution, and identifies short and long-term strategies to support continuity of care.
