JOB SUMMARY
TAPE is looking for a Business Development Director to provide business development and growth strategy in the areas of program and project management, enterprise IT solutions, and training support services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the defense sector. The BD Director will pro-actively develop and manage a dynamic, multi-year pipeline of opportunities in various stages of maturity. This position reports directly to the company president. The location for this role is the NOVA/DC/Aberdeen Maryland area. Other locations will be considered for the ideal candidate with the ability to travel frequently to NOVA/DC/Maryland as needed.
