Location: all cities,FL, USA
Drive post-merger integration activities. In this position, the individual will partner with the Corporate Development team and Business Segment owners to understand goals for acquired businesses. Taking into consideration both business and finance organization objectives. Develop formal integrations plans. Partner with key members of the acquired business unit and various constituents in the finance function including tax, treasury, general accounting, revenue, and FP&A to execute integration plans. Regular interaction with Corporate executives.

MBA, CPA or CFA
M&A buy-side due diligence
Acquisition Integration
Must be proficient with Spanish
Relevant software or digital services industry experience
ten plus years overall experience
Management Consulting experience preferred e.g. Big 4
