Our services include advice related to debt and equity capital raises, acquisition finance, structured products, and pre-IPO and IPO advisory.A Director on our Capital Markets team will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the origination and execution of debt and equity financing transactions, including primary capital raises, refinancings, mergers and acquisition financing, and financing transactions related to asset sales, restructurings, and divestitures, while working closely with senior leadership, clients, and investors.
- Providing strategic advice to clients across private and public debt and equity markets, assisting with evaluating and structuring customized financing solutions that align with clients' specific needs and market conditions.
- Analyzing and assessing various capital structures, credit documents, and indentures.
- Constructing and negotiating complex financial models, term sheets, and deal structures, leveraging in-depth knowledge of debt products (e.g., senior loans, mezzanine debt, unitranche debt, etc.).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and advisors, , ensuring alignment and smooth execution of complex and time-sensitive capital raise processes.
- Assuming responsibility for answering investor questions, facilitating ongoing investor relationships, and preparing regular market updates to keep stakeholders informed on capital markets trends, opportunities, and developments.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, including providing guidance on and leading the development of financial models, credit analysis, and client presentations.
QualificationsQualified applicants will prove to be highly motivated and team-oriented with excellent leadership records. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions

Expected annualized base salary range: $250,000 - $275,000The annual base salary range reflects the low and high targets of the estimated base salary range for this position.
