Lead and manage the execution of HR and people-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business priorities. Provide advisement to the Chief People & Culture Officer on key projects and initiatives. Manage and organize projects and tasks, triage issues and requests, and support with time management for CPCO. Work closely with P&C COE Leads including EVP, P&C Operations and GVP, P&C Transformation & Org Effectiveness on initiatives for the CPCO. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for CPCO tracking key milestones, deliverables, and resources. Provide operational support for People & Culture initiatives and programs, ensuring smooth execution across departments. Act as the liaison between the CPCOs office and other key departments (e.g., Corporate Communications and Legal) to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution of people initiatives.
