Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target market, leveraging networks, referrals, and industry insights to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.

* Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities; partner with business leaders/practitioners to develop customized solutions and deliver maximum value.

* Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and achieve revenue targets and objectives, incorporating market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.

* Track and monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership.

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.

* Assist with the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate proposed solutions to clients.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

* Conduct high-level discussions and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our services.

* Host and organize events, round tables, and networking opportunities to engage with prospective clients and industry stakeholders, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.

* Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and stay informed about industry developments.

* Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and position the company as a leader in providing innovative solutions.

* Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among sales team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing-related field.

* Proven track record of success in sales roles within the professional services or consulting industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Industry-specific knowledge or professional services experience highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approach.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions.

* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.

* Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Salary: $125,000 | Maximum Salary: $150,000
