The Manhattan University Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) is designed to support participants and address roadblocks that can often be experienced by students from minority, low-income, and first-generation backgrounds. CSTEP engages eligible students who are completing majors that lead to careers in STEM and health-related fields, through entrance into professional licensures. Beginning in Fall 2025, CSTEP will serve two hundred and fifty freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors studying in Manhattan University s School of Engineering, Kakos School of Arts and Sciences, and O Malley School of Business. As a statewide initiative that addresses underrepresentation in STEM fields, CSTEP at Manhattan University has supported many students in completing their degrees successfully by providing access to a pre-freshman summer program, tutors, academic coaches, advising, and mentorship opportunities.
