Job DescriptionEisner Advisory Group is seeking a Director to join our rapidly growing Compensation Resources Practice.This individual will provide consulting services, advice, and research to the client base, with overall responsibilities for ensuring project activities are completed on time and within budget. Attends client meetings, either independently or with a project team member, to accomplish specific project tasks, such as fact-finding, report presentations, training, etc.* Generates and develops new business in order to meet or exceed established performance targets, and grows existing client relationships. Develops proposals and conducts active follow up with prospects. Assists prospective clients with defining the scope of work.* Assigns work to Compensation Analysts, including market pricing, peer group development, literature research, report preparation, etc. Communicates with Compensation Analysts to ensure their understanding of deadlines. Reviews their work to ensure completeness and accuracy.* Ability to perform own analyses.* Serves as a resource to Compensation Analysts regarding consulting methodologies.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree required; Human Resources, Finance, Psychology, or related discipline.* 8 + years of related experience is required.Preferred/Desired Skills:* CCP and/or SHRM/PHR certification is preferredWe strongly believe in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
