- Oversee and direct Compliance programs.
- Remain current regarding regulatory requirements to ensure facility compliance with Compliance.
- Support and give direction to hospital personnel as necessary for compliance concerns. Liaison between the hospital and attorneys in relation to compliance legal concerns.
- Oversee compliance analysis including the frequency, severity and trending.
- Implement compliance education and communicate compliance policies. Monitor the compliance program. Performs compliance related audit information such as OIG sanction and compliance investigations. Conducts regularly scheduled compliance meetings.
- Oversee the compliance hotline staff. Review and present organized risk information to appropriate committees. Request legal counsel and relates needed information as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, Management, or a healthcare related field - Required
- 5 years Compliance experience - Required
- 1 year Healthcare Compliance - Preferred
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) - within 1 year of hire - Required
