As Director of Consulting Relations, you will be pivotal in helping to drive industry awareness of Vori Health and our market positioning. You will help us understand the market's perception of MSK solutions which will drive our strategy as an organization. This role will develop and nurture relationships with consultants and brokers across the country. In this role, you will work closely with the Vori Health Growth team to develop a strategy to drive further awareness of Vori Health and represent Vori within the consulting and brokerage community. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with key consulting firms, driving lead generation, and ensuring that we are aware of market trends and interests. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing current relationships as well as developing new consultant relationships. You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in industry events that highlight Vori's unique value propositions. You will also collaborate with our Sales and Account Management teams to support business growth. An ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the consulting and brokerage landscape, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record in relationship management and lead generation. What You'll Do:

  • Essential Functions:
    • Self-directed individual that can create and implement strategies to establish new connections with consultants and enhance existing relationships with local and regional consultant and brokerage offices.
    • Strategize with Sales team members on opportunities that involve known consultants and brokers.
    • Organize meetings with consultants and brokers to highlight Vori's unique offerings.
    • Maintain a national strategic plan to drive further awareness of Vori and our solution to the consultant and broker marketplace.
    • Partner with the sales team to boost lead generation through activities such as lunch and learns, local events, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with consultants and brokers as well as national MSK practice leads.
    • Collect and relay feedback from consultants and brokers to internal teams, highlighting solution needs, gaps, and market opportunities.
    • Keep consultant databases and RFIs updated about the latest news and capabilities for Vori.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Required:
    • Over 3 years of experience collaborating with benefit and HR consultants or working as a consultant/broker.
    • Extensive network and established relationships with top benefits and HR consulting and brokerage firms across various regions and industry sectors.
    • Proven history of building and maintaining relationships with consultants and brokers.
    • In-depth understanding of the employer's perspective and the benefit purchasing decision-making process.
    • Be curious – to be successful you will need to have a desire to deeply understand the market “why” for what trends exist in the market and what is coming next to help relay to the team internally.
    • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common objectives.
    • Strong presentation skills.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Demonstrated success in generating and cultivating sales leads through consultants and brokers.
    • Experience using Salesforce.

Work authorization/security clearance requirements:

  • Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.
