Description: Digital Software & Solutions Group (DS&S) is seeking an exceptional professional to help define and execute on the groups key strategic initiatives. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy.Responsibilities: The Director, Corporate Strategy will play a critical role in analyzing our competitive environment, evaluating our business opportunities, formulating actionable strategy and driving execution to ensure the growth and expansion of our business.The candidate must have a strong background in strategy development and execution, including project management, business analysis, problem-solving, executive communication and consensus building. In addition, candidates must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment. A combination of strategy and technology or product experience is ideal. Strategy development: Assist in the development of DS&S strategy and long-term priorities Business plan: Develop business cases for new opportunities, including product, GTM strategies, and business model. Outline business opportunity, rationale, and operational plan Competitive Intelligence: Support the development of insight into DS&S primary competitors. Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing leadership to develop competitor-specific strategies-to-win Market intelligence: Gather market intelligence and develop insights about key industry trends and inform the organization of their strategic implications Strategic Initiatives: Support strategy projects into the execution phase. Facilitate collaboration across key stakeholders to make short and long term balanced decisions Product/Technology experience: Background in Big data, Analytics, AI/ML, Data management, Cloud deployment architecture (public/hybrid) and a deep understanding of the analytics industry, market, leading and emerging vendors and ecosystemQualifications: Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred 10+ years of experience Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy function Experience in high-tech software/SaaS company Ability to operate independently in an environment characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations
