Pay Range*: $125,008 - $171,886/annually

Position Summary

The Director of CRM & Analytics will oversee the strategic direction and management of MemorialCare's CRM and marketing analytics initiatives. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders and departments to ensure the CRM and analytics strategies align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and setting long-term CRM vision.
  • Develop and manage the CRM and analytics budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI across all initiatives.
  • Partner closely with IT and other departments across the organization to ensure CRM and analytics strategies are integrated with systems like Epic, prioritized to match enterprise objectives, and support overall business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet targets and are consistent with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights. Provide regular reports to executive leadership with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all CRM and analytics systems. Guide the development of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support CRM and analytics efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest CRM and analytics trends and technologies. Encourage innovation within the team to explore new tactics and tools.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in CRM and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing CRM and analytics strategies that have driven business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in CRM metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, proven ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate vision and strategy at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing a CRM and analytics budget and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of current CRM and analytics trends, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement tactics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferred - Experience in the health care industry and connecting CRM with Epic

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
