The focus of the role includes:Implementing and leading a DevOps capability that consolidates Support and Maintenance with ongoing development across R&D Quality functions for Digital tools and Apps.Optimizing cost by leading the consolidation of DevOps across R&D Quality.Implementing a data strategy that improves leverage of company data environments.Creating a coordinated, efficient, and integrated data delivery mechanism.Providing strategic leadership and coaching of staff.QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required with a focus in Science, Business, or Computer Science / Technology or equivalent preferred.Required:A minimum of 10 years of experience in a medium to large scale matrix quality organization.Expert knowledge of quality and risk management terminology.Experience working with senior leaders/leadership teams.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated history of collaboration across multiple functional areas.Preferred:Thorough knowledge of the pre-clinical and clinical drug development process.Experience with Business Intelligence and visualization tools.Other:This position may require up to 25% domestic & international travel.Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 - $251,850 USD.
