This position can be based at the J&J site in Raritan, New Brunswick, Titusville, NJ, or any approved J&J Facility along the East Coast. The role will report into the Head of Enterprise Data Management, Digital and Data Science and be a member of the Enterprise Data Management Leadership team.Digital & Data Science is one of the critical capability levers within our J&J Enterprise Supply Chain strategy and is essential to building the world's best supply chain organization! As the team continues to double-down on fact-based management – illuminating greater transparency and analytical capabilities across the performance indicators that will drive growth for our business – we must ensure that our energy, resources, capabilities, and talented employees are best-aligned to the advancing needs of our business and our customers.This position will lead the Data Management Services team on the development of the strategic roadmap, implementation, and continuous improvements of enterprise data services such as enterprise data, data quality, meta data management, mass load, enterprise material number, reservation, golden record, enrichment, and subscription, servicing Med Tech, Innovative Medicine, and Enterprise business segments. Responsibilities:· Lead the Data Management Services team on both daily operation execution and the development of a strategic roadmap to transform core data services.· Lead a team 13 JNJ associates, 5 direct reports, and 15+ 3rd party suppliers. · Engage with Med Tech, Innovative Medicine, and Enterprise Functions to identify unmet needs and lead driving transformation solves for data services capabilities.· Understand industry trends and solutions. Benchmark data processes, practices, and quality both internally and externally.· Lead project plans and timelines, ensuring appropriate resource allocations and risk assessments.· Operational accountability for the daily execution, monitoring, issue remediation, and continuous improvement for all run-state data services enabling the delivery of $80 billion in annual JNJ sales and financial close process. · Maintain a regulated and compliant data environment.· Resolve resource constraints and provide strategic direction on priorities to both internal and external department and/or project resources.· Lead, develop, and retain talent through development, coaching, and engagement. Provide mentorship, direction, development planning, and performance feedback in accordance with J&J Career Management processes.· Lead third-party supplier who may execute operational or project functions.· Track and communicate value realization metrics. · Translate business needs into data solutions.· Exhibit excellent organizational and prioritization skills.· Build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.· Embed a culture of harmonization, process improvement, and value creation across business segments.· Exhibit strong conflict resolution and consensus-building skills. QualificationsRequired:· Bachelor's Degree/University equivalent· Minimum of 10 years of business-related experience. · Minimum of 7 years of supply chain, data management or related experience within a regulated data industry. · Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.· This position may require up to 10% domestic & international travel. · Demonstrated ability to analyze multiple data sets across the enterprise to establish future state direction/strategy· Ability to create and execute strategic enterprise SC roadmap and multiple project plans in a controlled and transparent fashion· Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to evolving and new systems· Strong Leadership and Communication Skills across all levels (internal and external) · Experience working across global functions and succeeding in a matrixed environment.· Management of third-party supplier relationships.· Strong business acumen and understanding of all Supply Chain data elements, process, and enterprise support models.· Experience managing multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment where priorities rapidly change, and tight deadlines exist.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar yearSick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar yearHoliday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar yearAdditional information can be found through the link below. compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States.
