To learn more about J&J Innovative Medicine, visit .In this role, you will:· Establish key competencies, processes, organization and systems required to build an industry leading data science strategic alliance and partnership management capability · Implement the approach for managing alliances and partnerships individually and through team to ensure maximal value delivery · Lead a team through coaching, inspiring and developing the talent in the growing capability area· Effectively navigate technology, analytical, legal, and privacy complexities to achieve objectives· Work alongside business partners to ensure efficient execution of agreements · Play a key role in managing a wide variety of external partnerships, alliances, and other business relationships Qualifications· MBA, or Master's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, biology chemistry) · 9+ years, of relevant experience in biopharma alliance management and business operations, data science, digital health, or other relevant biopharmaceutical industry roles, including PE/VC/consulting· Passionate about the transformative power of data science and digital health to improve human health and alleviate human suffering · Proven experience managing a wide variety of relationships and other types of external business relationships· Working knowledge of relevant data science and digital health topics, including algorithm development and deployment, generative AI, precision medicine, RWD · Ability to elicit information from multiple sources and to synthesize that information into recommendations · Strong professional presence and project management skills, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to thrive is a fast-paced environment· Ability to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace; ability to influence those around you· Ability to travel up to 30%SalaryThe base pay range for this position is $142,000 – $244,950 PER YEAR. BonusThe Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year.
