The Opportunity
We are looking for exceptional talent to join Adobe as Director, DEI Advisory. They will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives. As the primary advisor to senior leadership, this leader will guide them in embedding DEI principles into all aspects of our organization's culture, policies, and practices. They will collaborate across HR, legal, compensation, talent development, and talent acquisition to drive systemic change and build an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work. Additionally, the Director will oversee global compliance with relevant DEI regulations and guidelines, ensuring Adobe's practices align with legal requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will possess a proven background in DEI leadership, excellent communication and social skills, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics to achieve tangible DEI outcomes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,500 -- $289,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
