We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Director of Digital Product Analytics to join us in advancing the industry forward.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Statistics and 5 years of experience leading customer driven data analytics initiatives at a relevant consumer goods ecommerce business.
  • Must have experience in: Performing advanced statistical analysis techniques and leveraging BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau); Utilizing Google Analytics, GA360, GA4, and/or Adobe Analytics to perform data mining and analysis; Facilitating the collection and sharing of data between various technologies/mediums using tagging tools (ie: Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and/or Adobe); and Tracking complex data and consolidating customer profiles utilizing data warehouse or Customer Data Platform (CDP) across owned digital channels.
  • Job Duties:

  • Lead digital analytics and optimize data governance across our digital commerce platforms, driving robust web and mobile app performance insights to inform business enhancements.
  • Responsible for data integrity by owning all web and mobile analytics data sources & tag management, continuously optimizing and auditing.
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis techniques and leverage BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
  • Collect, clean and manipulate data – using SQL & fundamentals of data engineering. Facilitate the collection and sharing of data between various technologies/mediums using tagging tools (ie: Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and/or Adobe).
  • Perform data mining and analysis; using Google Analytics, GA360, GA4, and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Continuously monitor digital analytics, privacy, and industry trends (browser cookie depreciation, first party data, etc.).
  • Track complex data and consolidate customer profiles utilizing data warehouse or CDP (Customer Data Platform) across owned digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams as the in-house expert across all technical analytics topics.
  • Collaborate closely with digital product and engineering to implement advanced analytics and tracking capabilities across all digital properties.
  • Spearhead advanced digital analytics initiatives related to identity and clickstream data.
  • Lead team in optimizing daily/weekly/monthly product insights, informing consumer journey enhancements, and reporting on the subsequent performance impact.
  • Own and advance our server-side, mobile app & headless tracking set-up.
  • Guide team focused on A/B testing and personalization efforts, instilling a culture of disciplined statistical analysis.
  • Deliver oral and written presentations of the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management or other end users.
  • Operate as internal expert for GA4 and any other digital analytics tools.
  • Work closely with our technology team to ensure best practices across cookie consent management (CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Guide team on customer journey analysis, heat mapping, session recording and user research best practices.
  • Lead customer driven data analytics initiatives at a relevant consumer goods ecommerce business.
  • Telecommute 2x/week.

    Compensation: $195,300 - $210,000 a year
