Find your place in risk and analytics on #TeamAmex.Director, Product Management – Search, Chat and HelpThe Enterprise Digital Experiences Team (EDX) is responsible for the product management and design of American Express' proprietary digital products – Amex Mobile App, americanexpress.com, Amex Offers and Customer Personalization. As a team we are focused on driving engagement, satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best-in-class user experience and compelling features and functionality. We have a global remit and, with our partners across the company, we bring the best of American Express' payment and related services to life through our digital experiences.We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Director to help lead product management looking after Search, Chat and Help in the mobile app and americanexpress.com. This is a critical role as we look to provide our customers a best-in-class experience that drives customer satisfaction and increases digital containment.This Product Director partners closely with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, analytics and effectively engages multiple stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Partner with Strategic Delivery functions on definition of the roadmap & resource managementPartner closely with Technologies to continue acceleration of deliveryDevelop deep partnerships across the organisationInnovative mindset – understanding technical nuances of the channels and core platformsDrive ‘Product Ownership' mindset across the team, owning not only technical delivery but also on-going support and product iterationsLeading a technical and high-performing product team, working with AET engineersAttract top talent to join our growing organisationDefine and execute a global strategy for capabilities central to the wider mobile and web experienceTranslate organisational priorities into ‘executionable' featuresQualifications:Experience in mobile app and web product strategy/developmentHighly collaborative and influential leaderExperience leading a high-performing product teamProven success in driving digital product strategy and digital product designExcellent communication skills and experience working effectively with peersHigh performer with proven experience delivering technically complex projectsStrong thought leadership in the digital spaceAbility to interpret consumer insights and trends into actual features and functionalityA passion for all things digital, inside and outside of workBachelor's Degree in technical or design fieldQualificationsSalary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
