Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Director of Emergency Services.Job Summary:
Plan, direct and evaluate department functions, in accordance with established philosophy. Responsible for orientation, training, assessment, and management of personnel. Relate effectively with all shifts for continuity of care; maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and physicians; participate in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel. Job Requirements:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited university/college required
- Bachelors Degree in nursing preferred
- Masters Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- 3-5 years recent experience in an acute care clinical setting required
- 3 years management of a related clinical setting required
- Current North Carolina Nursing License or compact Licensure Agreement required
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
