Job Description:
Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank seeks Director, Energy and Real Assets (ERA) Advisory in New York, NY responsible for the economic analysis, financing, development, and M&A of Social Infrastructure (defined as toll roads, ports, bridges, airports, and terminals) in a client-facing role, responsible for the overall client relationship. Manage the execution of advisory assignments in North America. Manage all aspects of financial advisory mandates, including but not limited to, the preparation of information materials, financial and economic analysis, other advisors and team members. Provide transaction support to senior bankers. Conduct research and analysis on key industry sectors and business opportunities in infrastructure sectors in the US. Develop financial models and assess transactions across a variety of business structures. Train, and mentor junior team members in the creation of complex financial models and quantitative analyses, industry and economic research, and related presentation and transaction execution. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. 20-25% travel required (primarily domestic with an occasional international trip).REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Math, or closely related field, or equivalent, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related finance occupation. Must have 5 years of experience with: financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills; analyzing financial statements, legal and tax structures and related industry information, including in the energy and infrastructure industries; advising clients in a multi-sector and multi-product environment on raising debt, equity and in public-private partnerships (P3) transactions, including evaluating tax and legal structures and regulatory elements; leading financial analysis workstreams; building out structured finance models; and developing memoranda and presentation materials for clients, financing parties and other third party stakeholders. Must have 3 years of experience with: project finance experience in the US renewable energy market and the infrastructure sector (e.g. toll roads, airports, bridges); and supporting or managing transaction due diligence.SALARY: $293,000 - $300,000 per yearTo apply, please send resume to ...@ca-cib.com.
