Enterprise Risk Management is the center of risk management for our company and covers all categories of risk, governing policies and standards, risk assessments, and issue and event management. The Assessment Advisory team within ERM is focused on developing risk management strategies, processes and tools to ensure our company effectively manages the business objectives and satisfies the regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment. This individual will have experience in risk management, improving processes, identifying with the perspective of our customers, and be able to connect the regulatory environment to processes. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, process/project management capability, and results driven are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual should feel comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative information and can move from the “gray” area to grounded recommendation in an organized and transparent manner.
