Location: Denver,CO, USA
This role will be instrumental in leading a team of meeting planners, managers, and coordinators and supporting senior executives on specific meeting requests. The position is responsible for large, high-level internal meetings that include planning, strategy, financial planning, and managing and leading a team. Additionally, this role will consistently and proactively seek ways to improve the business and leadership's ability to drive execution.
Job Duties
* Communicates recommendations to key stakeholders through verbal and written presentations
* Maintains timelines, scheduling, and coordination of these meetings
* Develops credibility quickly and builds successful relationships
* Owns event management projects and drives them to completion
* Experience managing, developing, and mentoring other teammates
* Negotiates pricing and concessions and reviews contract
* Manages heavy correspondence. Crafts and communicates responses to inquiries in a time-sensitive manner escalates issues as necessary and informs the team of communication status.
* Ability to manage event registration, rooming list, food & beverage planning, and budgeting for all tasks.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
* 5-7 Years Experience
* 3-5 Years Management Experience
Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills:
* Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Accreditation, preferred
* Cvent Experience preferred
* Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and function, and fulfills responsibilities of the job
* Customer & Relationship Focus: Anticipates and delivers on customer needs, manages internal/external relationships, respectful of team, resolves problems, responds with tact and diplomacy, shares pride of the brand with customers, preserves the culture

Hire Range/Rate:
$88,000 - $115,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
